I love food. In fact, I love food so much that once a week I devote a day to eating everything I truly like, with the hope of discovering new places (preferably something I have not tried before) every week (sadly, this is not the case when you live in a small town). There is one place, however, that no matter how much I try (and I never tried), I will never be able to dine in. This place is called EL BULLI, which by many people is regarded as the world’s most innovative and exciting restaurant. Reportedly, there are about 4 million requests for reservations per year at EL BULLI, only a few thousand are accommodated.
So what does a food lover do when traveling to EL BULLI is not even on the radar screen? You guessed it, he reads about it and try to find videos on YouTube. I found two interesting videos featured Anthony Bourdain, the host of my favorite TV show No Reservations, sitting down with EL BULLI’s chef, Ferran Adria, and enjoying some of the finest dishes ever created.
Hopefully you will enjoy the content in the videos as much as I did.
